I'm a person who loves her IT job and has three adult kids who live out of town. I come from Chicago. I've lived in Tucson since 1976 and like the desert southwest. I have an iPod and listen to progressive talk on it. I especially like Thom Hartmann, C-SPAN Q&A, Amy Goodman and Ring of Fire. Lily Tomlin said something I feel, "I try to be cynical but I can't keep up." The situation in this country is so bad right now -- hard to imagine we could lose what we always thought we had.
