I've been involved in county, Congressional District, and state wide Democratic politics since 2016, when I first realized that there were actually other democrats in my really red county just outside of metro Atlanta. In addition to holding leadership positions in Georgia politics, I've, of course, done lots of door knocking, phone banking, postcard writing, sign waving, and peaceful protesting.
I've have been lucky to meet and work with some outstanding Democrats from all over Georgia and the nation. I've had the honor of meeting Stacey Abrams, Senator Jon Ossoff, Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock, Jason Carter. I was really excited to be able to have front row seats for Jill and Joe Biden by volunteering at several rallies they had in Georgia, and to be able to shake Kamela Harris' hand as she made her first Presidential campaign stop in Atlanta. It is exciting to have a finger on the pulse of what's going on in Georgia!
